Running for Beginners is exactly what it says on the tin. It’s our helping hand to the newbie runners of the world. We hope to pass on our knowledge to you in the most useful way possible, without baffling you with unnecessary scientific naming structures. Just good old runner’s hand-me-downs.
We’ve all been there and started a new hobby, but there isn’t anything to feel daunted about. Running is one of the most basic and simple sports in existence, as long as you don’t do anything crazy like bounce into your stretches when warming up. You’ll be fine.
